Slide has an open muzzle, which will accommodate different barrel lengths of the same gun model or similar frame size. Using the J.I.T. Slide for my Glock 27, it is a great holster for this gun. The design pulls the holster in tight for CCW. Excellent product!
I purchased my first J.I.T. SLIDE holster and B109 belt in 2002 for my Colt 1911 Commander. I still own them to this day. The quality of this product is superior. When I show it to my friends, they always ask if its brand new. It has held up that well. Daily use has not affected the saddle brown finish at all. I recently purchased a Beretta PX sub-compact and I intend to purchase the same holster. I LOVE to buy AMERICAN, but when I can buy an OKLAHOMA MADE PRODUCT its even better.
