Y.S.O. incorporates two screws with rubber washers for tension adjustment. On the back side is a cut-out for the pant belt loop and two holes for the tension screw adjustment.  It's designed to accommodate more than one gun by use of the tension screws.  Four sizes will fit most guns.  Fits belts up to 1 3/4".
