Prevents prisoner from kicking with the Hobble Secure Strap.

Allows prisoners to be transported in a vehicle in an upright, seated position and prevents kicking.  Made of heavy duty nylon webbing with a brass snap at one end and a permanently attached alligator clip at the other.  Weighs 5-1/2 ozs.
